Av-Tekk Rebuilt Charge-Air Coolers utilize an aviation approved rebuild procedure that allows the reuse of the original OE engineered heat exchanger "Brick" or center section in fatigue failed coolers. This means original performance integrity is maintained, but in a now stronger cooler assembly.

This high tech rebuilding process seals air tube cracks and reinforces the entire cooler structure. This process duplicates the only FAA approved procedure for rebuilding aircraft coolers and has a 2 year leak free warranty.
