New HD, Heavy Duty Charge-Air Coolers

This highly efficient, durable charge-air cooler design eliminates the header plates in the construction process. Industry studies have shown header plate thermal fatigue failures and air tube leaks account for the majority of charge-air cooler failures. The bar and plate center section permits the manifold to be welded directly to the center section, eliminating the need for the header plates and braze welding the air tubes.

Av-Tekk's new coolers are offered for many high volume applications. The no core requirement simplifies the ease of service replacement. These units offer a two year warranty, twice the term of most O.E. replacements. Learn more here!
